Our Mission is to provide at risk job seekers a range of specialized services designed to educate, provide direction, counseling and empower individuals and their families.
Established in 2007 and infused with passion for the disenfranchised community, BTC developed a life advocacy program to provide resources and remove career and life barriers commonly faced by At Risk Job Seekers.
To date, we have helped over 7,000 individuals drastically turn their life around and make positive impacts for themselves and their families. We are dedicated to proving that through positive energy and purposeful actions one can achieve great rewards and create a pathway of success.
Patrick Danley, President & CEO
Patrick Danley, Founder of BTC Building Brighter Futures and President & CEO of Workforce Preparatory Technical Center (WPTC), has been in the social services field for over 20 year. His passion is helping individuals in the community who are facing life and career challenges and who need a second chance. Utilizing his extensive personal skill set, he has organized and created innovative solutions through many community-centric programs developed over the past twenty years, such as: one-on-one job development, employment referrals, computer training, educational resources, and legal advocacy. These programs were geared towards revitalizing lives and creating new opportunities where they didn’t exist before.
Mr. Danley’s service to at-risk individuals has yielded several company advancements & awards from peers at Goodwill Vocational Services, IAM Cares, Full Employment Council, Catholic Charities and more. Danley has a Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies and a Masters in Career Guidance & Counseling from Lincoln University-Missouri.
BTC Building Brighter Futures relies on support and donations from the community, private companies, and other public service organizations to turn our Mission into a reality for the community that needs our services the most.
