Client hereby releases BTC from all liability for claims known and unknown arising from property damage sustained by BTC in an automobile accident. Client understands that as to claims that are known to the parties when the release is signed any statutory provisions that would otherwise applied to limit this general release are hereby waived. Client also understands that this release extends to claims arising out of this incident that are not known by client at the time this release is signed.
By signing this release, client does not give up any claim that he or she may now or hereafter have against any person, firm, or corporation other than BTC and those persons and entities specified.
Client understands that BTC does not, admit any liability or responsibility for any accident.
By signing this release, Client additionally intends to behind his or her spouse, heirs, legal representatives, science, and anyone else claiming under him or her. Client has not assigned any claim arising from any accident to any other party. This release applies to Client’s heirs, legal representatives, insurance, and successors, as well as to BTC.
